How to Register:
To register for the CTG Workshop, a registration form must be complete and returned to the Congress Secretariat together with your payment.
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 6th November 2015. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants, must register.
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), and include 14% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form. Major credit cards or bank transfers are acceptable.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?
Attendance at the workshop on the specific day your register for, tea breaks, lunch, a badge and a printed programme.
What is not included in the Registration Fee?
- Special catering requirements
- Attendance to the O&G Refresher Course and Live Surgery Workshops
- Any other items not mentioned
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy:
*Please notify the Secretariat in writing of any cancellations, all approved refunds will be issued after the course. An administration fee of 10% will be charged for all cancellations received before 24 September 2013. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 24 September 2013.
